Fees

Note that all fees must be pain in full before a Medicare rebate can be lodged.  Out of pocket refers to the amount you have paid after receiving the rebate.

Initial Assessment (90 mins)

$205.20 – $120 out of pocket, $85.20 reimbursed by Medicare with a mental health care plan. This session includes a comprehensive evaluation and the development of a treatment plan.

Family Therapy Initial (90 mins)

$250. This includes a detailed assessment and treatment planning for couples or families.

Advocacy / liaising (30 mins)

$80 per 30 minute block when advocating or liaising with other services, including attendance at care team meetings.

Payment terms and methods

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, cash, online payment platforms.

Individual Therapy Session (50 mins)

$200 – $114.80 out of pocket, $85.20 reimbursed by Medicare with a mental health care plan.

Family Therapy Sessions (30 – 50 mins)

$240

Report Writing (60 mins)

$250 per hour

Cancellations and No Shows

24 hours notice is required for cancellations. A 50% fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.
